I am a new user of tummy fiber. (I am also having trouble knowing how to post; I think I've found it now!) I have been using it for 4 days and already the relief is obvious. My question is: The instructions say to increase the amount after about 4 days. Should I do this if the current amount -1/2 tsp twice a day-is working for me? I had alternating loose bowel/constipation, which has leveled out. Can it actually work after such a short time or is this just a fluke?

Hello - you are still on a very low starting dose, but if you feel that has resolved symptoms then try staying there. In general, alternating d/c takes about 2 tablespoons per day to resolve.

But - if you are stable at a lower dose, definitely stay there. If things stay stable for just a few days and then problems flare, continue to gradually increase your dose.

XOXO
