I purchased a few items on the list and just read a post that mentioned one item was unsafe.
The item was Quaker Oatmeal Squares (brown sugar) Can you verify if this should be deleted off the list and if more should be deleted as well. I thought the list was very helpful but now I'm a bit skeptical.

you must always read ingredients. Things change, often without any indication on the front of the label, so what used to be safe now has wheat bran.

I know I'm needing more vitamins because I'm not eating very much; what is a safe one to try. I thought "Boost" was but not sure after reading ingredient label
***** I'm sorry , I should have put IBS-C instead *****
Thank you for anyone's help

I don't know of any meal replacement drinks safe for IBS. They all have terrible ingredients, or at least all the ones I've ever seen.

XOXO

Will you be publishing an updated list any time soon? It would be very helpful.

Hi - it's always being updated as new products come out, or old ones disappear, or I get feedback from someone noting that ingredients have changed. It's always going to be an ongoing project.

Best,
Heather
