I see that you use tsp of vinigure with soy milk. Can soy milk be changed out with something else. I have a soy allergy.

are all good non-dairy milks. Rice milk can be clabbered like soy milk. Not sure about others, but go ahead and try.

I'm liking the quinoa drink (Suzie's), vanilla flavored with a little of my stevia instead of their sugar though. The flavoring isn't too strong, so probably can be used for recipes.
