quinoa milk: http://www.goodgroceries.com/quinoa-milk/
cashew milk: http://www.tastethedream.com/products/product/5490/849.php
Both can be bought unsweetened if needed. I first try out alternatives plain, then venture into the sweetened and/or flavored if need to.

Haven't seen those in my market yet.

How's the fat content on the cashew milk?

Best,

Cashews are high FODMAP which are soluble in water. Cashew milk will be high FODMAP and may worsen symptoms

On the referenced cashew milk website: 40 cal./25 in fat. "I'm eating non-fat things with it, so it balances out better with the cal./fat ratio %.";Plus of the 3g of fat, only .5 is saturated. Quinoa milk is 70 cal./10 in fat. Probably tastes less quinoaeee, if it is vanilla version, yet can be either sweetened or not in the vanilla;Usually flavored milk alternatives I've seen that are flavored have sweeteners. I've added a "little" liq. eggwhite to both to boost protein, but that's just something I do for me. Not bad tasting to me.
