Acacia Fiber and IBS-D amount?

I'm ibs-d and have leveled at 3T, but wondering while going higher with my soluble food fiber like shifting from the white rice to more of white spelt(in my case)with the rice, if I should decrease the acacia a little.

and not factor fiber from foods into the equation. That will make it easier to keep things under control. Extra soluble fiber from foods can't hurt, can only help, but it will be easier to stay stable if you keep your supplement dose constant.
