Fennel Capsules

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried taking a fennel capsule for bloating and gas? Bloating and gas is my main IBS symptom now. I was thinking about trying Heather's peppermint capsules because there is fennel in those also to help but I was wondering if just a fennel capsule would be better. I do drink the fennel tea but I'm not a huge fan of the taste. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

Closest thing to it is the pep caps with fennel oil in them.

There are capsules with dried ground fennel in them but they aren't likely to be strong enough to do anything. The concentrated oil will be far more effective than the teeny bit of oil you'd get in a capsule's worth of ground fennel seed.

I'd love to see a pure fennel oil capsules come to market.

Thanks Heather! I did order the peppermint capsules so I'm going to give them a try. Appreciate the information!
