I'm new to the discussion board. I'm wondering if any members have thoughts on surviving Passover, in particular how eating matzo or dishes made with matzo meal affect IBS-d. Thanks!

that's actually a decent soluble fiber foundation. If you post other dishes/recipes or types of foods, we can give suggestions for making them safer.

Some people have problem with fructans - a high FODMAP ingredient - found in wheat including matzo. Do you know about the clinically proven FODMAP dietary approach for managing IBS symptoms. If you don't this overview article by Kate Scarlata - a RD with IBS - may give you some insights

Depends on if you're sensitive to wheat or not. I've found out that I am and eating anything wheat makes me sick.
