I don't believe it has been tested. There are plenty of alternative sweeteners that are EFI/FODMAP safe. For example; sugar (brown/white), or maple syrup.

I've used dark brown sugar (no FODMAPS concerns) as a sub for palm sugar and can't taste any difference at all.
