I hope it is okay to ask this , but does anyone else find that their IBS is worse during that time of the month. d is much more worse and I am looking at finding a way to cope with this, following the diet has improved my attacks and gives me a sense of control when I am having bad days, but the time of the month is just throwing me for a loop. Any help or suggestions?

Thank you Heather for the article. I guess fennel Tea is all I can do at this point. Had to take a day off work because of it. Brutal!!

as hot as you can stand it, right on your lower abdomen. You can even double up, and use one of those stick on air-activated hot packs right on your skin, then a layer of clothes and another microwaveable hot pack or heating pad on top of that. It can work wonders to stop both menstrual and IBS cramps.

XOXO
