Is goat milk yogurt acceptable for IBS-D

Hi,
I found that eating almond yogurt really helps my stomach and reduces the nausea. I am wondering if goat milk yogurt is acceptable for IBS-D because sometimes it is difficult to find the almond yogurt.

Very Underweight, 5'4'' 110 lbs)and trying to gain weight.\
. IBS-D,Gas,GERD,nausea,gluten allergy and sensitive to most flours. So far the only grain I am able to eat is rice.
