Hi,
I am currently on a probiotic that should be taken on an empty stomach. since the acacia fibre is a prebiotic I am wondering if I can take the probiotic at the same time I take the fibre.

You'd want to ask the probiotic company about this. Typically you treat the fiber like food - so meds or supplements that have to be taken on an empty stomach without food, you'd want to take without the fiber.

The prebiotic effect of the Tummy Fiber will happen regardless of how/when you take it. You don't have to take it right with the probiotic for the fiber to encourage the growth of the probiotics in the bowel.

Best,
H
