Recently diagnosed IBS-D, (post infection from a bladder infection Dr states) and bought "Eating for IBS". I am not a good cook but using Heather's book has helped greatly as well as all of other first chapters on strategy, a new way to eat, etc. So good I even carry it to the store as again, I have stayed away from my kitchen. God has a sense of humor-now my spouse and I have to eat my cooking.

Thank you Heather, I'll be getting your other book as well.

If you do appearances, do you ever come to the Dallas area?

Haven't been to Dallas (or Texas at all actually). Haven't had time to travel much lately at all. Did visit Atlanta for an interview this spring but that was the first trip in a while, and I don't know when the next one will be.
