Hi,
I bought a dehydrator and am wondering if it ok to eat home made dehydrated fruit like bananas and apples.
I have both of Heather's books and started a few weeks on the program. I am very grateful that her books have helped me to stop the diarrhea so I don't want to set it off with the dehydrated fruit.

I am IBSD, gluten sensitive and flour sensitive. So far the only grain I am able to eat is rice, although still have terrible gas from even rice flour.

make sure you peel and de-seed, and if you're sensitive to fructose watch out for how much dried fruit you eat. Bananas should be just fine.
