(It is SO damned UNFAIR that I cannot have my favorite things anymore - wine, chocolate, ice cream, nachos, etc., etc.)!! OK enough complaining! What if I drank some Moscato wine? This is supposedly much lower in alcohol than other wines. Thanks again so much for your feedback! -------------------- Originally diagnosed with IBS-C in Spring, 2008. During spring to fall of 2008, had at least 10 acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs. IBS went into remission. IBS returned in late July 2013 after taking 2 oral contrasts for a CT scan for cancer follow up. Had more acupuncture with different practitioner in summer 2014, but received little benefit. It is supposed to have a lower alcohol content than other wines. I plan to try this after my endoscopy and colonoscopy next week. I actually do really well with Moscatos and Rieslings (also tend to be lower alcohol, especially the German ones). Again, have a small glass on a full stomach to test out.
