Hello,

Now that I am forced to use non-dairy substitutes of my favorites, I just want to make sure I am getting the best of them!

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated!

Have a great day.

Thanks Much!

Originally diagnosed with IBS-C in Spring, 2008. During spring to fall of 2008, had at least 10 acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs. IBS went into remission. IBS returned in late July 2013 after taking 2 oral contrasts for a CT scan for cancer follow up. Had more acupuncture with different practitioner in summer 2014, but received little benefit.

I like Soy Decadent for non-dairy ice cream. Some Tofutti frozen goodies are decent, too. I've yet to find a cream cheese substitute that doesn't taste like paste, however.

Some of this is going to be trial and error. You may like a brand I hate and vice versa. I know I tried some absolutely foul-tasting cheese substitutes, for example. (Lisanatti is my favorite brand of cheese substitute..)

Thanks for the info, Snorkie!

I have the Soy Delicious brand of vanilla ice cream and will try it today!

But this is trial and error - some brands/flavors are wonderful, and some are awful.
