thank you....ive been eating the apple without the skins...1/2 apple at lunch and notice 1 hr after that i start with the gas issue.....i didnt realize it was the fructose.....do bananas have this same issue? But at lunch i also ate quinoa and had a few sips of decaf coffee....prozac is suppose to help with anxiety and thus ibs.....but when i was off of it, my ibs was better and when the stress came back....the ibs(and prozac was introduced) came back also....too complex!

Bananas are fine. Prozac does not necessary help directly with IBS symptoms even though it can help reduce anxiety. Stress only aggravates IBS - it does not cause it.
