i ate some tomato sauce with noodles but it didnt have any bad things. it said it has spices and 0% fat so do you think it will make my ibs-d flare up

Should be okay. It's the fat content in prepared sauces to watch for (as well as hidden dairy). Make sure the noodles were just regular, not whole wheat.

Cooked tomatoes can be acidic, which can affect upper GI issues like heartburn and reflux more than IBS. If you're prone to heartburn try adding a tiny spoonful of sugar to cooked tomatoes - that's an old-fashioned trick that helps neutralize the acid. You could also add a touch of baking soda.
