Help!!!       #367969 - 07/31/12 12:26 AM Edit Reply Quote unsinkable777 Reged: 05/14/11 Posts: 11 I am having a lot of success following the FODMAP food list, but I know I am in desperate need of some vitamins, especially a B Complex. Can anyone (PLEASE???) recommend a good multivitamin for women over 50, and a B Complex, that won't mess with my gut???
