I know egg-yolks are forbidden due to their high fat content. Is it merely the fat content that is troublesome? If there are foods which contain eggs but the overall fat percentage is no more than 25%, would those foods be ok?

so if you're looking at something that has whole eggs, but as a small percentage of overall ingredients (and thus the fat content overall is low), you should be fine.
