I just bought Heather's tummy tamers the other day because I cannot handle the gas anymore. I've read good and bad reviews (mostly regarding reflux/burping up mint all day. I know I should take them about an hour before eating...any other helpful suggestions? What about taking them after I eat when I feel gas/have pain?

They are enteric coated, so they're meant to pass through your stomach and dissolve in your small intestines. If they stay in your stomach too long (if there's a lot food in there, for instance), they can dissolve in your stomach and that's what can cause the reflux.

The caps work best to prevent symptoms, by taking them before you eat.

For immediate help, or help when you have a full stomach, use the Peppermint Tummy Tea instead.

Best,
H

I recently got some Tummy Tamers, my questions are;
1. Do they make you feel dizzy, I'm sure I feel very slightly dozy of them?
2. For best benefits, do I need to take them for a while?
e.g for a few days/weeks/months?
