ARE THE NO YOLK NOODLES THE ONLY SAFE ONES? I THINK I ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WHEAT SO I'M NOT SURE WHICH ONES ARE SAFE.

You could try rice noodles or buckwheat (soba) noodles.

How about rice noodles? Have you tried those? They're pretty good. There are a lot of them in Trader Joes or organic stores...Even in Safeway or QFC...
