I still feel like crap...and I don't get it.
I feel backed up, bloated, with C.
Here is my diet so far this week....I see nothing I am doing wrong.

You people said no alcohol, no raw veggies...blah blah blah...so I'd love to hear how I am messing up.
FYI I am NOT giving up my high protein diet...sorry...but bodybuilding is my hobby and it is exercise...you can not do good in the gym without protein...and FYI YOU PEOPLE keep saying if you have Constipation you need to exercise...so let's not play catch 22.

I absolutely HATE how IBS and specifically some people are determined o make my life as hard as possible.
You have ruined my social life with no alochol, now you want to ruin my hobby, the gym, by denying me protein, and you want me to go for high fiber WITHOUT being able to eat raw veggies/saleds/whole grains/oatmeal...and to boot you want me to not stress out and to exercise.
BWAWHWAHWH!!!!!!!!!!!

I see NOTHING wrong with my diet...this is in full compliance with EFI in my mind.
I have the SF...I have my protein (which I need)...so why I am backed up...irregular...and bloated?

LOL...and don't start in about fiber...because if you...then YOU point out HOW I can add in fiber without having to slave over a stove...and don't bring up protein...because sorry...I am not a 50 year old woman..I'm a 26 year old guy who works out...so 90 grams won't cut it.

I just have to respond to this. First, you are going to have a hard time finding help if you keep blaming everyone else for your problems. Second, you might want to quit referring to everyone on this board as "YOU PEOPLE." We are here to help each other. Noone here is trying to make your life hard - they are trying to help you. I know - this sucks big time, and it takes time to make progress, but I refuse to let it beat me.

And in response to your menu, I can eat almost everything you listed, with exception of the chips. I might have a small glass of wine once every couple of years, but even then, it will mess me up for a week. Noone has ruined your social life because of "no alcohol." I really liked to party too, and I still do, just without the alcohol. It IS possible to have fun without drinking. And my friends love that they have a designated driver along. I haven't tried the cranberry juice, baked fries or spinach, so I'm not sure what they'd do to me, and I do turkey instead of chicken. I'm not sure what to suggest. In addition to eating a lot of soluble fiber, excercising regularly and getting enough sleep, probiotics and a very low-dose anxiety med helped me. Good luck!

I'm so sorry, but we are simply unable to help you. - nt- new
