I'm wondering if some of you would be willing to share some of your favorite online shopping places for some of the specialty ingredients. This would include which specific products you like at a given site, and have used successfully.

I am a senior single woman living in a rural area, and we simply cannot purchase much of anything locally that is appealing to one's palate and safe for some of the great recipes on this site. My food budget is restricted by my fixed and limited income. That's a bummer.. so I'm essentially looking for the biggest bang for my grocery buck!

I'll look forward to seeing some of the recommended online and mail order sources, and exploring them in this new year.

anyone know of any ibs safe ready meals like soups? or great hfs items you can buy online?

heather's butternut squash and white bean soup is really good,do u have squash, raisins, chicken broth, turkey bacon, onion, cans of northern white beans, cellery and spices in your stores? if so u should really make this. it is better pureed it gets "creamy" and has more flavor, you can put it on a mashed potato like a gravy or it would be like soup with a potato in it.
