A vegetarian board page for chatting and diet help has been suggested and Heather would think about making one if there was interest. Please reply if you would find such a board helpful or of interest.
Thank you.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I would be interested (though seems like a lot of Eating for IBS is vegetarian).

My problem is that I was a huge raw vegetable eater (salads at every meal, carrots, celery, peppers etc). I can't imagine not eating them.

Although I am not a vegetarian, I only eat chicken and turkey (but mainly chicken) and so I have to spice things up by changing around my sides. I would love to have some vegetarian otions for both main dishes and side dishes. I would love a vegetarian board and I voted yes
