Goat's milk

Is this ok? It's really yummy and is close enough to cow's milk that you can cook with it and guests won't notice.

Hi Corrine! I did some research about this on the web not too long ago, and there were a lot of conflicting opinions about it! On some sites it said goat milk was fine for lactose intolerant people because of its very low lactose content, but other sites said it still bothered a lot of people. In other words, I'd say to use it with caution! I'd also be interested to hear what others know about this!

I've heard multiple times that goat cheese is easier to digest than cow milk. I can't say if it's true or not, but it would rock if it was because I heart goat cheese.

I certainly have had no problems with the goat's milk. I only drink a glass and a half of it a day but it's much easier to use with baking as so on as it's so similar to milk. And my family doesn't mind it so much when I make sauces with it.
