Acacia questions

Hello, I'm pretty new to the website and I posted this in the living room but someone directed me here, so hopefully someone can answer my question. I've had IBS for about 4 years now (2007 being the worst). My doctor has me on Align, which is great and I absolutely love the diet book, hypnosis and tummy teas from this website. I just bought the Acacia since the website says it goes hand and hand with probiotics and it is excrutiating, its waking me up with cramping and pain (not to mention other things) and even made me late to work today. Could I just be reacting to it or is this odd?? Also, how do you contact Heather directly with questions like these?

What dose did you start of with? Too much can cause problems. It's not unheard of for people to be allergic to acacia. Heather peruses the boards. You can post a question for her here.
