A friend of mine is very concerned that I have added so many soy products to my diet. She referred me to a non-profit organization called Weston A. Price Foundation. Which issue all kinds of warnings about the use of soy products and the corruption within the industry to convince us that it is good for us even though it does so much harm.
Please take a look at this and let me know your take on it.

I haven't read it all - honestly I find it depressing if true because I have found so much relief in substituting the soy products in the place of dairy.
Anyway I would appreciate it if you would shed any light on all this.
Thanks so much, Leigh

There's a past post discussing this. If I recall correctly, the bottom line seems to be that soy is fine in moderation for most people.

Thanks for the link... Honestly I feel even more confused about my own intake as well as my kids.
Heather - will you chime in on this with your take on the soy warnings?
Thanks, Leigh

which have a wealth of links to studies and findings about soy, which is not only safe but has significant health benefits.
The bottom line for me is that the healthiest, longest-lived people in the world (the Okinawans, in Japan) have the highest soy consumption rate in the world.
Best, Heather
