I just wanted to tell you that your posts are a huge reason I come to these boards everyday . I've taken LOTS of advice from you (even if it wasn't meant for me specifically) and I love your honest tell-it-like-it-is attitude. I know I am not the only one who values your posts. Someone has obviously just figured out how to hack in as someone else - Heather please cancel this user account pronto! It's really sad that someone's account has been hi-jacked - anyone any ideas how?  
Casey - you are an absolute star, and one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people on these boards. Keep it up for all our sakes! Like MCV says quite often I read your advice and act on it, even if it wasn't me that posted the question. Thankyou! 
The world needs more gems like you and less weirdo's like the 'MissS' impersonator...

I think I figured it out. From reading 'her' other posts, I
don't think MissS is female. I bet it's a guy that once made
an electronic pass at Casey, and is miffed that she ignored
him or something like that. However, I don't know how they
faked the 2/11/04 registration date?! Also, I think Casey
has thicker skin than to get upset by this a..hole. -Bob

I'm really not bothered by this person at all. I AM bothered by his/her posts to other people, and the general negativity they're spewing all over the boards. Ignore her, please... or, as was always said on message boards I've been on in the past... please don't feed the trolls! Heh.
I'm sure Heather will take care of things as soon as she's able - no worries there. I agree that it's likely that the account was hijacked in some way.

I also value alot of your input.. This site has helped me emensly.. Since starting the hypno cds I haven't had any problems at all and i'm only on day 33.. and I never would have thought of it without this site and all the great info about things on it..
but ya know, I was going through all of MissS's other posts and really, it's a complete 360 in attitude. I don't know about anyone else here, but I do check out this board alot and have a habit of clicking the *remember me* box so I don't have to continue re-loging in all the time. If someone were to go on my comp anyone could easily go to this site and start posting things.. Also I noticed that normally this person signs thier real name at the end but these new posts are completly different.. So either yes someone hijacked it (which is easy even for those who aren't hackers) or perhaps there are multiple personalities??
Anyways, on a different topic that more than likely shouldn't be posted in this particular place.. When I try to send a private message or email to someone else on the board it says that, that function isn't set up on my account.. Is it possible to change that??

I highly agree with everybody! I have only been reading the boards for about a month but already her posts have come up again and again. They always provide valuable information I am looking for and with tons of friendly personality! Keep up the great work atomic rose!!

...is disabled for the entire site, so no, there's no way you can change that. There was some talk a while back about the possibility of reinstating it, but I don't think a decision was ever made about it - that's all up to Heather, anyway.

no one hacked into the site and stole their identity (that's pretty impossible - even I, as administrator, cannot do that). Someone accessed her account on her computer, where she probably chose to have the boards remember her with each visit, instead of having to actually log-in.
Anyway, they've been permanently booted, and hopefully Casey is off to enjoy a nice weekend!
