HEATHER??? - Omega Fish Oil Question

I have plantar fasciitis in my feet and one of the suggestions to help with this condition was to take Omega Fish Oil supplements. I'm very leery about putting anything in my stomach without running it by Heather and her knowledgable group.
It was suggested to buy it from Dr. Barry Sears' "The Zone" because they have such high quality control standards and it doesn't contain any mercury or other undesirable ingredients.
Heather or anyone who knows anything about this could you please respond???
P.S. Each pill has 1 gram of fat.
P.S.S. DANG they're expensive

I just found out that I have plantar fasciitis also... I'd love to know if this would really help? and if it would be safe?

and you should be okay. If you can take smaller doses a few times a day instead of one big dose that will probably be more tolerable.
