I found some bread at the local bakery that claims to have no oil, fat, sugar or salt added to it.
the ingredients are
wheat, malt, emulsifiers(481, 472(E)), Flour treatment agents(300, 510, 924), Enzymes(amylase). Water added.
this is a bakery located in australia by the way..

the bread tastes the same and looks the same as normal white bread.
any possible way I could make this type of bread at home?
also im hoping they arent using any artificial fats or anything like that...

Hi Robbie - Check the recipe board and also the recipe index for lots of bread recipes you can make at home. There are bread machine recipes and also recipes you can just make by hand.

Just fyi, I wouldn't be thrilled with the emulsifiers and "flour treatment agents" they've added to the bread you found. Good fresh bread should just have flour, water, salt, and yeast.

Hi - I'm not sure dangerous is the right word, but they are artificial ingredients and people with IBS tend to be more sensitive to chemical food additives and preservatives and such. As a rule, if you can avoid them, do, then you have one less food element to worry about.
