Heather - a fennel question

Heather,
I tried to drink fennel, but the taste is so hard for me to endure! I love the peppermint tea - drink it everyday! My question is, why can't you have fennel oil in capsules? There is some in your peppermint capsules, so why can't they have capsules with just more fennel? At this website, http://www.raysahelian.com/fennel.html, they sell fennel capsules, but I'm not sure what is in them. Can you set me straight on this subject, please!? Thank you so much for all you do!!

fennel oil capsules don't seem to exist at all (the caps you saw are ground fennel powder). So, we're getting the specs together to make them. It's not a really simple project, but I am determined to see it through.
You might try brewing the fennel tea together with the peppermint - that totally kills the fennel taste and it ends up tasting just like mint alone.
I'll post when the caps are available - I do think they're a great idea.

Thanks Heather, that'll be great if you can accomplish that. Thanks also for the info about what those other caps are - don't think I'll try those! I'll look forward to the fennel caps!

Didn't work out? Has anyone found just fennel oil in an enteric coated cap?
