Is it possible for only bad fats(saturated/trans fats) to be a trigger, but not good fats(poly/mono)? I find my IBS symptoms worse if I eat things like fatty junk food or fried things, yet I can eat olive oil/flaxseeds/peanut butter and be just fine. Just wondering if it's like this with anyone else.

Hi - to some extent it will depend on the quantity of fat. Too much of any kind - even good fats - can cause problems. All fats are GI stimulants, even the good ones, so just like insoluble fiber, if you eat a lot of good fat, you're likely to have a flare.
