Update on 2 year old daughter - acacia's working!!!!

I've got her up to 3/4 tsp and she's going every other day, with soft poops that don't hurt and she doesn't have to strain for 10 minutes!!! I'm so relieved!!!!!!!!
I love the fact that the acacia is tasteless - I shake it up into her milk and she doesn't even know it's there! Talk about an easy way to get fibre into her. Many thanks, Heather! You've come to the rescue again (even though my daughter doesn't have IBS!)

I'm so glad to see this! I'm a member of another board for epilepsy because of my son, and there are many parent there who struggle with severe C because of the meds. I've recommended acacia before, but I will do so now with "proof" that it is and effective, natural way to get the body moving!
