I have severe bloating and constipation. I've been reading now that it may not be the best thing for these symptoms. Should I be sticking with fennel tea. But Heather's caps also contain fennel oil. Take the caps AND the fenne tea. I got severe bloating as well. I also got other symtoms. Not everyone with IBS can handle them for some reason.
