Peppermint Caps help anyone with Gas or Bloating?

I know they work wonders for the spasms, but I was just wondering if anyone takes them for gas or bloating. I saw that fennel oil was one of the ingredients in them, so now I'm curious.
P.S. Does anyone know how far along the Fennel Oil Caps are? I am soooo anxious for these!!!

Hi,
I've tried Peppermint Caps but they don't work for me very well. I find that they give me gas and really foul-tasting burps! I don't have this problem with peppermint tea or anything else of Heather's (like acacia fiber).

that's what some of the clinical studies on them were actually all about. Both peppermint and fennel help with gas/bloating, though I think the fennel is better for that (just like they both help spasms and cramps, but I think the peppermint ouweighs the fennel in this area).
Still working on the fennel oil caps. So sorry for the delay, it's just not a simple matter.
