How do I gain weight?

Hello, I am following the IBS diet strictly (mostly) and I am finding that I am losing a lot of wieght. I'm 18 and 6'2" and weigh 161 lbs. What kinds of IBS safe foods will make me gain weight? And are protein/weight-gain powders OK?
