I read cerin things in the book & I recall incidents in my life when I had trouble w/ certin foods. I'm quite stable now thanx to the book & this website! There were soo many times before when I didn't know what to eat, I was living on friuts & veggies for a bit there. It never ceases to amaze me what I've learned through reading this & the info on this website. This site has been such a blessing. Thank you for taking the time to research IBS & inform soo many people!!
