I don't know Bob's last name, and I'd like to send him a little something. I tried the hospital but he was no longer in the room number I had, and without his full name they can't find him for me.

to you all for your very kind comments and prayers. They're
working , I'm improving< they still won't let me walk by
myself yet, but I'm getting there. My biggest problem is my
left arm and hand. I'm still having problems with pressing
the shift key and not sliding off and pushing every other
key around it. MY IBS hasn't been that bad, fortunately,
I've had to stray from the diet(but it's fun:)) or not eat.
The BM's havent been fun but at least regular and nonurgent.
Very surprisingly my upper GI symptoms haven't been bad at
all lately. THe first three days of switching diet was rough
, but that's been it. Obviously I finally found a computer
that lets me login to the boards, but the one in my ward
does not!  Well, it's just about snack time, I have to
scoot from the main lobby where I'm not supposed to be by
myself. Luckily, this computer is hidden in a corner out of
sight  . I wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! Love

I'm so glad you're pulling through this!! You sound like you're doing really well, considering what you are going through right now.....and you're so optimistic!!  Maintaining a positive attitude like you are will pay off in no time, I truely believe it!!

So good to hear from you! Sounds like you are progressing along!
I'm glad, and surprised, you're doing so well with your GI system. That's a small miracle in itself.
Any idea when you'll be out of the hospital? I was in the hospital for Thanksgiving one year...and it wasn't too bad!
Take care and hope to hear from you whenever you can sneak back onto the computer!
