What's in Citracel?

I am starting to have some gas issues which I am attributing to Metamucil as otherwise my diet is good.
Thought I might try Citracel, but it's not available in Oz, so was hoping someone could post the ingredients to enable me to find an alternative.

No, there are so many different soluble fibre products that I am not sure which is best but I will see if I can find that thanks.
