I want to put on about 10kg to consolidate my weight with my height. I have heard about some weight gain formulas than can have up to 5000kilojules per serve? such as this one here http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/mighty.html they are supposed to be low in fat and high in calories. anyone tried them?
