Dear Heather,

I'm just wondering if Orzo and CousCous are considered safe, what is their fibre ratio/content, as I would like to try something new! Also, I see that Quinoa is safe, what about cooked Millet at dinnertime?

Thanks for your expert advice,
Kris

Hi - orzo and couscous are both great - they're comparable to rice (orzo is actually pasta). Millet I'm not sure of, I'll have to look that up.

I don't know about the millet either, but isn't couscous a pasta too? It's not a grain...it's made from wheat flour in a manner similar to a small pasta, isn't it?
