Welcome to HelpForIBS.com! You're probably noticing that the boards look a little different, and there are suddenly a lot of new navigation links. This is because I finally combined a lot of websites into one big resource, and the boards are now a part of the new site. There's a huge diet section that should really come in handy for this forum - all that info is right here web page
Please look around, check things out, and let me know if you have any questions or comments. Hopefully all the bugs have been worked out, but if you see any problems let me know. Enjoy the new site!
Oh - one bug that will be solved shortly is that the graemlins (smiley faces in such) in old posts aren't showing up. We're fixing that.

Great job on the new site. It's better than ever! I'm especially glad to see that you now offer the fennel for purchase. I have a hard time getting it where I live. What a great resource.

Just noticed when leaving it's telling me that I have items in my shopping cart, and did I want to check out?
I was wondering as I had ordered and got books and paid a few weeks ago. But cart was empty
