Fresh Benefiber?

Schools starting pretty soon, and I want to mix some benefiber in a poland springs bottled water bottle to bring with me for lunch. My question is: How long will the benefiber last. I mean I miz some benefiber in water, can i still drink it like six hrs after I mixed it, or will the fiber 'go bad' by then?

Hi - It won't go bad. And it probably won't even thicken up much, though it might a wee bit. This is actually a really good idea. You could also keep fiber pills on hand to just take with plain water. Or FiberChoice pills, which are chewable. That was my trick in high school.
