Hello everyone! I am just wondering what the best choice of meal on the airplane would be? I am fly to the UK for a few weeks in a couple of months and want to be as safe as possible. Do I just ask for low fat meal and bring plenty of things with me just in case? I am open for anyones ideas.

Thank you,

Sheri

Hi - I always ask for a vegan meal - if they don't have that I ask for dairy-free vegetarian. If they don't have that I ask for low-fat. But then I assume that I won't be able to eat what they give me anyway, so I stuff my carry-on bag with food. Other passengers think I'm pretty weird, but who cares?

This is easier to do on the flight on when you can bring food from home, but I try really hard to pick up something for the flight back too. And I keep a lot of soluble fiber tabs right on me, and bottled water, and saltines or graham crackers too.

Have a happy trip!

- Heather
