Updating books?

Hi
Anyone know if Heather plans to update the first book--or do we just get updated info from the website?

The first book was published almost 5 years ago, and there have surely been advances since then.
I purchased one of the first copies and it is completly falling apart from heavy usage :-)

it's been too long coming, I know, and I'm sorry. Too many other projects and too little time! This one will be fast and easy recipes for people.
Eating for IBS is actually updated as often as I can get updates off to the publisher, who then makes changes with reprints. It's not possible to add whole new sections of information, but I do try to keep specific references current. But, a new book will definitely have a lot more new research and references that just weren't available when I wrote EFI in 1999.

Though I must admit I haven't fully "done" EFI yet.  But quicker recipes would be good! EFI is all special foods to me.
