Don't be shy! This is a very friendly and personable board, and people really identify with each other when they can see who they're talking to. It's also really easy to add your picture to your board posts. There are three options...
You can add the photo (must be a .gif, .jpg, or .png graphic) yourself by going to "my home", and then editing your personal information. On the Edit Profile page, if you scroll down you'll see a place to enter the URL of your picture. This option will only work for you if you have a website where you can store the graphic.
If none of this makes sense, there is a second option - simply email me the photo you'd like to use at heatherandcompany@yahoo.com, and MAKE SURE TO TELL ME YOUR USER NAME! I'll crop the photo and post it for you.
If you don't have a scanner or a digital photo, you can just snail mail me the photo. I can scan it in and put it online for you.

Also - update profiles to show a little about yourself.
It alot more personal to be able to see what people enjoy doing in their spare time etc. How old they are. How long they have had IBS for etc.

It would be really cool to see pictures of your dogs and maybe a picture of you. 
Lets make a deal - you and I add our pictures over the weekend, but you have to have one with your dogs.

Sounds good to me! I want to see your 3 boys! I have lots of cute photos of my beagles, but none of me. I will have to get my son who is a computer whiz to help me on this. I can take digital photos, but don't know how to download them onto the computer. I will work on this if you will, ok? Shake hands now.

I keep wondering what you mean when you write "bump" in your posts? I'm not too swift ya know so help me out plz!
For the Swedish girl and dog ( sorry I can't recall how to spell your ID). You are definitely as pretty as your dog and you sure do look Swedish! I spent 2 marvelous summers working in your beautiful country. During my time there I became very good friends w/ a girl from Malmo named Charlotte Mohl. Did you know her? She married a Dane who's in the Danish Consulate so they do not live in Malmo, but we're still very close. In fact I'm godmother to her first child and she has 3 now. If you knew her let me know and I"ll say "hi" for you!
