does this mean low-fat meat is ok to eat?

Hi - Your link didn't go through, but the answer to your question is "no". Red meat is probably the single greatest IBS trigger (dairy would be second). It is very difficult to digest, and can trigger pain, diarrhea, or constipation, depending on the IBS symptoms you're prone to.

Stick to skinless chicken breasts, seafood, egg whites, and/or plant proteints.
