Can Tofu cause tummy trouble?

I ate Tofutti better than cream cheese on a bagel. I had a attack both days could this have caused me trouble and are there some tofu that are easier on the tummy. This is the first time I have ever tried Tofu.

Tofu is soy-based and some people don't do great with soy. Also, check the fat content, as fat of any kind can trigger an attack.

Check the fat content on the cream cheese. Just because it's soy doesn't mean it's low fat. You might have to use just a smidgen of something like soy cream cheese. Regular tofu is pretty low in fat.

food portions and combinations new

Hi Heather,
I am just wanting to know how much of a portion to use.
If you are having rice, a protein such as fish, chicken etc, a salad or vegetable how much of the rice would be
needed to eat the ininsoluble fiber.
