I have found that ginger has been the most remarkable aid for both my ibs and digestive reflux. I used to take 3 capsules of ginger at a time, but since then I've discovered that it is more effective to open up one capsule and prepare it as a tea with hot water. Also, at 90 capsules for about $6.00, this is a remarkably cheap way to get tea!

Hey, great bargain! You can also make ginger tea by taking a one inch chunk or so of fresh gingerroot, smashing it with a cleaver, and brewing in hot water.
