Hi
I was wondering if anyone has tried juicing? I have heard it is a healthy way to get more vitamins and nutrients out of your fruit and veggies, keeping in mind that you also eat enough fibre in your food since juicing removes the fibre. Are there any IBS-safe juices you can make at home with a juicer, or order in a juice bar? Has juicing helped anyone improve their digestion, IBS symptoms, &/or energy levels? Or is it clearly problematic? I have heard that freshly juiced vegetables &/or fruit, depending what you can handle or enjoy, can provide enzymes that help digest food. Any ideas?

Hi Kris - There was a small thread on this earlier that might help you a bit.

Hopefully we'll get some more feedback here as well. This is a really interesting topic.
